Kingsman: The Secret Service
Over the top, action packed spy movie and origin story. Great cast of characters, easy to follow plot, and doesn't take itself too seriously. If only the violence was toned down a little and the language cleaned up a bit, this movie could have been HUGE if it had a PG-13 rating.

The Beaver
The Beaver’s been on my radar for a while.
Okay, that sounds weird, but it’s true.
This is not a comedy akin to “Ted” but a film about depression and
mental health. I’d like to say it’s
heartwarming, but it’s actually quite depressing. The acting is good on all parts, the story
leaves a little more to be desired. I
wouldn’t call it a “shock ending” but I
definitely didn’t see THAT coming. At just
90 minutes I’d recommend it if you have an hour and a half to kill.

Boyhood
So they took 12 years to film a boy growing up, but the boy turns out to be unlikeable, and there's only one good cast member ... uh oh! Well, I'm in the minority, cause people generally love this movie, I thought it stunk. Great concept, bad execution. Pass.

Episodes: Season 1
Like friends, only raunchier, and not at all like Friends ... other than some references. It’s
funny, but not “haha” funny. Pass.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Another Netflix original, this one from Tina Fey. This show wasn't even on my radar until I saw a number of people on the Facebook talking about it. The plot revolves around Kimmy, who was kidnapped and held in a bunker for 15 years by a crazy man who tricked them into believing the apocalypse had happened. She get's out and starts a new life in New York city.
There are a lot of laughs through the 13 episode season, many of them happen so quick you have to be sharp while watching, no tablet/phone surfing during this one.
Some questionable religious content in this one, but if you're subjective (you don't have to be accepting) there's more here to like than dislike. Recommend to the right audience.

Orange is the New Black: Season 3
Should I be watching this series? No. Do I watch it? Yes. It's a guilty pleasure for sure, but so much questionable content, and much of it not up for question at all. I should not watch this show .. but I do. That out the way, the third season of OINTB seems much more light hearted than previous seasons. I found it entertaining in a less dramatic way, more of a "comedy" this season. Likeable characters keep me coming back, solid acting and story lines. I'm hooked ... unfortunately.

Bloodline: Season 1
Seems like Netflix Originals are all I watch these days, but if the quality keeps up, there's no reason to stop. Quick Note: I've loved Kyle Chandler since Friday Night Lights. His rage on the show always got me fired up but he never killed anyone of his players, so it's nice to see he does so on Bloodline. Yes, SPOILER, but it's given away in the first episode, so relax. I really enjoyed this show, great acting and great locale. I told a friend "It feels like I'm on vacation whenever I watch this show".
If you've ever considered your family "dysfunctional", you'll find something you can relate to in Bloodline. Recommend.
